TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the DIL SAAZII online store, operated by DIL SAAZII Oy, a limited liability company registered in Helsinki, Finland.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please review them carefully before placing your order. Any changes will not affect purchases already made.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please ensure that all information provided, including your name, email address, shipping address and contact details, is accurate.
Customers under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before placing an order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
DIL SAAZII accepts payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Depending on availability, payment options may include credit and debit cards, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Payments are processed securely through our designated payment service providers. Additional terms may apply depending on your chosen payment method.
PRICES
All prices displayed in the DIL SAAZII online store are shown in the currency indicated on the website.
Prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), where required by law. Delivery costs are not included unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges and other applicable costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and additional charges may apply. Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
DIL SAAZII reserves the right to modify prices, product descriptions and availability without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders already accepted.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you are satisfied with your DIL SAAZII purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL], clearly stating your decision to withdraw. You may use the statutory model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Following your withdrawal notification, the items must be sent back within 14 days.
We kindly ask that returned items be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and accompanied by their original packaging and labels wherever possible.
Items may be inspected and tried on as they would be in a physical retail store. However, customers may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs.
Please retain your return shipping receipt until your refund has been completed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification. We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Where required by law, refunds will include the original standard delivery charges. Additional charges resulting from selecting a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
Please note that leaving an order uncollected at a postal office or collection point does not automatically constitute a valid withdrawal. Please contact customer care if you wish to cancel or return your purchase.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Every DIL SAAZII item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure that it meets our quality standards.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team at concierge@dilsaazii.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Where appropriate, photographs may help us assess and resolve your claim more efficiently.
We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not limited to the 14-day withdrawal period.
Where goods are defective or incorrect, DIL SAAZII will cover necessary return costs as required by law.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizing information, material compositions and care instructions throughout the DIL SAAZII online store.
Please note that product colours may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings.
We reserve the right to update product information and availability when necessary.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact our customer care team first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
Consumers may also seek assistance from the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and, where applicable, the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or other competent dispute resolution bodies.
